shook you, shook you to your core
opening your wounds
as love and rage runs through you
swallowing your dreams
And as your heart caves in
you can’t begin to see
how life goes on.

raged up through the ground
and threw you down
And beneath their beds
and above their heads
their world caved in
What would you do?
Where would you start?
What can they do
When the life they knew is gone
Where can they begin
With their world caved in.
