I Wear my Nightclothes Inside Out

I wear my nightclothes inside out

And let the labels flap about

Cos when I wear them inside in

The labels rub and chafe my skin

Daytime clothes are just as bad

My knicker label drives me mad

The label in my bra’s a bitch

I have to twist to scratch the itch

When I’m old and live in care

Stitch labels on the clothes I wear

On the outside labelled Sam

So I remember who I am

Or else I’ll wear them inside out

THAT will make the family shout!
